DEHOGA certification

Our award with 4 stars and the addition superior was awarded by the Deutscher Hotel- und Gaststättenverband (DEHOGA) as part of the German hotel classification. The name superior shows that the Parkhotel Heilbronn not only certifified with 4 stars, but offers also a high level of service, which clearly exceeds the certification requirements. The German Hotel Classification was introduced in 1996 by the Deutscher Hotel- und Gaststättenverband (DEHOGA).  It is a nationwide classification system that is intended to make it easier for hotels to position themselves clearly on the market and to make the market more transparent for guests. Participation is voluntary for hotels. The classification system classifies the hotels into five different star categories. Only objective criteria such as room furnsihings and range of serviced are evaluated. Subjective impressions generally have no influence on the evaluation result.
